This is an opportunity for an experienced product leader to make a meaningful impact by helping replace inefficient and wasteful print advertising with a smarter, more sustainable digital approach.

Your Role
As
Head of Product
for our Client-Facing Platforms, you will define and drive the product vision for Bonial's B2B and internal systems, which form the backbone of how we deliver value to our retail partners. Your scope covers
Content Sourcing, Normalization & Publishing, Contract Management, Campaign Planning, and Traffic Management
, ensuring that our clients' campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You will lead and develop a team of skilled Product Managers, setting a clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Together, you will improve efficiency, scale content production through smart use of AI and automation, and build the tools that keep Bonial at the forefront of digital retail marketing.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business impact.
• Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Bonial's growth strategy.
• Translate stakeholder and client needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
• Utilize AI and automation to optimize processes and accelerate content automation.
• Establish and track meaningful product KPIs to measure success and guide decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Product Management appropriate for the scope and responsibilities of the role (experience in ad tech is a plus).
• Strong strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead teams, design processes, and manage cross-departmental collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complexity and inspire confidence.
• Passion for innovation and the practical use of AI to drive scalability and efficiency.
• German or French language skills are a plus.
