Dein Aufgabengebiet

Als Oberbauleiter / Unit Manager übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für eine definierte Einheit innerhalb eines Großprojekts – das können mehrere Gebäude, Infrastrukturen oder Anlagen sein. Dein Ziel ist es, alle notwendigen Inputs zu koordinieren, zu integrieren und ein termingerechtes, qualitativ hochwertiges Ergebnis abzuliefern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst die sichere und reibungslose Umsetzung Deiner Einheit im Projekt
  • Du gibst Deinem Projektteam klare Strategie, Richtung und starke Führung
  • Du legst die benötigten Ressourcen, Anforderungen und Zuständigkeiten fest
  • Du kontrollierst Leistung, Zeit und Kosten Deiner Einheit im geplanten Rahmen
  • Du hältst Fortschritt und Status transparent nach und berichtest regelmäßig
  • Du treibst Zeitplan, Kostenkontrolle, Arbeitssicherheit (HSE), Qualität und Visionen aktiv voran – intern und mit Partnerfirmen
  • Du koordinierst die unterstützenden Fachbereiche wie Tief- und Hochbau, Montage, Krantechnik, Schwertransport, Logistik, HSE, Qualitätssicherung, Engineering, Terminplanung und Projektbüro

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehr als 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung großer industrieller Bauprojekte
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist entweder Bauingenieur/in, Senior Construction Manager oder hast vergleichbare Führungserfahrung
  • Du verstehst technische Zusammenhänge im Spezialtiefbau, Stahlbau oder Rohrleitungsbau
  • Du kannst auch in komplexen, schwierigen Situationen Ruhe bewahren und Entscheidungen treffen
  • Du organisierst und leitest interdisziplinäre Projektteams sicher
  • Du kennst die Anforderungen kosten- und zeitkritischer Industrieprojekte aus erster Hand
