**Your mission**: As a purchasing officer, your role is: - Ensuring on-time procurement of materials (production, trade and plant materials) - Coordination and monitoring of operational purchasing activities from request for quotation, order confirmation to continuous master data maintenance as well as inventory control - Proactive, strategic supplier management with full responsibility for identifying and negotiating new or current suppliers, terms and conditions, and master agreements - Development of cost savings, as well as identification and negotiation - Close cooperation with all departments, especially production planning and sales, quality, as well as warehouse logistics **Your profile**: - You can communicate easily in Polish and English (fluent level), oral and written. Any additional European language is a plus - You have at least 3 years’ experience in purchasing.
