As an HR Generalist, you’ll be in charge of processing the entirety of the payroll, all other administrative HR tasks, and all training, recruitment, employee evolution for our German site. You will report to the HR manager Europe. Your main missions will be: - Daily management of human resources in Germany (payroll declarations/vacation calendar/absence schedule) - Process wage taxes, social security payments and employee benefits and stay up to date on legal changes of the above - Process new hires, terminations, parental leaves and sick leaves - Make the bank reconciliations and prepare monthly reports for the finance department and the upper management - Work with HR Manager on special human resources projects and initiatives through initiation to implementation (ex: salary benchmarking) - Support to the organization of events (seminars, training, team building, etc.) - Organize and harmonize training opportunities. - Identification of areas for process improvement and recommendations to Management. - Be the first point of contact for all HR related questions for Germany - Other tasks to be determined **Your profile**: - You have minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist (hard & soft HR) - You can communicate easily in English and German (fluent level), both oral and written.
