The Role

As our EU Channel Sales Lead for Guardian Mail and Guardian Intel, you own the European channel strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you identify, recruit, and enable high-potential Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), telcos, and cybersecurity resellers across the EU. You work remotely and report directly to the CEO, serving as the regional face of Abusix's channel business. As an autonomous, entrepreneurial sales professional you thrive on building partnerships, consultative selling, and driving recurring revenue growth through channel relationships.

\uD83D\uDCA5 The Impact You Make in This Role
  • Build and own the European channel ecosystem by identifying and recruiting high-potential VARs, MSSPs, and service providers to resell or embed Guardian Mail and Guardian Intel.
  • Qualify and onboard strategic partners through discovery, technical fit assessment, and commercial negotiations that align with both partner success and Abusix margin goals.
  • Enable partner success by delivering training programs, sales tools, co-marketing materials, and ongoing education to help partners effectively position and sell our solutions.
  • Drive regional growth initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, including webinars, events, joint case studies, and partner campaigns.
  • Manage channel pipeline and forecasts within HubSpot, providing visibility into partner performance, opportunity stages, and revenue projections.
  • Co-sell with partners on strategic deals, ensuring early wins and building replicable success stories.
  • Foster long-term partner relationships through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, address challenges, and identify renewal opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to streamline partner onboarding, pricing, and go-to-market processes.
  • Represent Abusix at industry events and conferences to build regional brand presence and expand the partner network.

  • 5–10 years of channel sales experience managing reseller, MSSP, or VAR partnerships, ideally in cybersecurity, network security, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales models including partner recruitment, enablement, and performance management.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity and email infrastructure including network security and threat intelligence.
  • CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close reseller agreements and partnerships.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication across global teams.

How Does Compensation Work at Abusix?

We're a fully remote company with a globally distributed team, committed to fair compensation by reflecting local market rates and supporting a healthy work-life balance. Our base salary range varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, we offer an ESOP package for every employee to participate in Abusix's success, along with remote working allowances, a hardware budget, a learning and development budget, health insurance, and more.

During the interview process, we prioritize transparency and address candidates' questions about compensation to ensure alignment with our structure.

As this is a sales role, compensation combines base salary and commission.
