Du willst die deutsche Food- und Gastroszene wirklich mitgestalten – nicht "nur ein Praktikum" machen? Bei LANCH bauen wir die Delivery-Plattform der nächsten Generation: coole, moderne Brands aus Berlin, die in jedem Dorf in DACH verfügbar sind. Neben Klassikern wie Pizza bringen wir eigene Marken und Produkte an den Start: Happy Slice, Loco Chicken, Koco Chicken sowie unsere CPG-Linie mit Happy Chips und Loco Tortillas. Wir arbeiten ambitioniert, lachen viel und lernen jeden Tag dazu. Wenn das zu dir passt, bist du bei uns richtig.

Im Supply-Chain & Operations Team hilfst du dabei, unsere Marken überall zuverlässig verfügbar zu machen – in Ghost Kitchens, in unseren QSR-Stores und im Retail-Regal. Wir skalieren deutschlandweit und bauen unsere physischen Stores schnell aus. Dein Beitrag: Du unterstützt dabei, dass Warenflüsse, Bestände, Lieferzeiten und Prozesse nahtlos funktionieren – vom Lieferanten über unser Netzwerk bis in die Küche und zum Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Operative Unterstützung in der Supply Chain
    • Mitarbeit bei Disposition und Bestandsmanagement für definierte Produktgruppen (Food & Non-Food) auf Store-/Partner-Ebene
    • Sicherstellen der Warenverfügbarkeit bei optimalen Beständen (Servicegrad, Abverkauf, Spoilage) – mit Guidance des Teams
    • Monitoring von Lieferzeiten, Fehlmengen und Abweichungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Prozessoptimierung
    • Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Order- und Replenishment-Prozessen zwischen Zentrallager(n), Lieferanten, Stores und Partnerküchen
    • Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Stammdaten (Artikel, Lieferzeiten, Mindestabnahmen, Einheiten, Preise)
  • Stakeholder-Management
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Central Operations, Store Operations, Partner Management, CPG, Finance und Procurement
    • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Logistikpartnern und internen Teams bei Engpässen – unterstützt durch erfahrene Kolleg:innen
  • Daten & Tools
    • Dokumentation in LANCH OS, Sides und Partner Portal; Unterstützung bei Automatisierungen mit Zapier/n8n, wo sinnvoll
  • KPIs kennenlernen und mitsteuern
    • Einblick in Service Level, OOS-Rate, Spoilage, Forecast Accuracy, Lagerumschlag und On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) – inklusive Mitarbeit an Analysen und Maßnahmen


About you
  • Immatrikulierte:r Student:in (BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik/Supply Chain, Data/Business Analytics o. ä.) oder Gap-Year
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen (Werkstudent:in/Praktika) in Operations, Logistik, Supply Chain, Einkauf, Consulting oder Startups sind ein Plus – kein Muss
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität; sicherer Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets
  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL sind ein Plus (wir arbeiten mit BigQuery/Metabase) – Lust, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Ownership-Mindset und Freude daran, Prozesse mit aufzubauen und zu skalieren
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Teamspirit und Spaß an einem dynamischen Umfeld
Nice to have
  • Erfahrung mit Supply-Chain-/ERP-/Warenwirtschaftstools
  • Verständnis für Food-/QSR- oder CPG-Prozesse (z. B. HACCP, MHD, Gebinde, Temperaturketten)
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierungstools (Zapier, n8n) oder Python für kleine Analysen
