About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and improving processes across procurement, logistics, production, and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service.

This role is ideal for someone who combines
analytical skills, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities
to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize
    end-to-end supply chain operations
    , including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
  • Develop and implement
    supply chain strategies and KPIs
    aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and improve
    inventory levels, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment processes
  • Lead initiatives to reduce costs, lead times, and inefficiencies
    across the supply chain
  • Implement
    digital tools, ERP systems, and analytics solutions
    to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with
    quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards
  • Analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
    , or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in
    supply chain management, logistics, or operations
    , preferably in manufacturing, e-commerce, or FMCG
  • Proven track record in
    inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
    , ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and data visualization tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with
    Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
    is a plus
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German
    proficiency is highly advantageous
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
