About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Analyst
to optimize our logistics, procurement, and inventory processes. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making across operations.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor
    supply chain performance metrics
    such as demand accuracy, lead times, inventory levels, and supplier performance
  • Develop and maintain
    forecasting models
    to support demand planning and capacity optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities across procurement, logistics, and production
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, and finance teams to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Prepare regular
    data reports, dashboards, and KPIs
    using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Support
    supply chain strategy and process improvement projects
    , including automation and digitalization initiatives
  • Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor relationship management through data insights
  • Ensure compliance with
    quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements
    across supply chain operations
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of
    ERP and SCM systems

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
    , or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations
    , ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
    Excel
    ,
    SQL
    , and
    data visualization tools
    (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience working with
    ERP systems
    (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of
    forecasting, inventory management, and procurement principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German
    proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement
