Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green as a Senior Project Developer (m/f/d)


• Identifying and acquiring suitable locations for battery energy storage systems (BESS) in

Germany and, if necessary, Europe


• Establishing and maintaining a network of property owners, municipalities, authorities

and project partners


• Management of the early project development phases up to "ready-to-build" maturity


• Coordinating approval procedures, grid connection requests and environmental

assessments


• Conducting economic analyses and evaluating regulatory frameworks (EEG, EnWG, etc.)


• Collaboration with internal teams from engineering, finance and legal

That's why we would like to get to know you - your profile


• Degree in industrial engineering, energy management, environmental planning or similar


• Experience in the project development of renewable energy projects, ideally in the field

of storage or photovoltaics/wind


• Strong communication skills and confidence in negotiating with local authorities,

government agencies and landowners


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and approval procedures in Germany


• Independent, entrepreneurial approach to work and willingness to travel extensively


• German speaker, minimum C1 level and fluent in English
