Helvar Components is on a mission to shape the future of lighting technology. We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and results-driven Sales Manager to champion our luminaire component solutions and grow our presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What You'll Do
- Own the market: Achieve sales targets and expand Helvar Components' footprint in the DACH region.
- Be the trusted advisor: Position Helvar Components as the first choice for luminaire manufacturers.
- Grow partnerships: Develop new accounts and strengthen existing relationships through strategic collaboration.
- Lead with insight: Identify untapped opportunities and drive innovative solutions.
- Enable success: Deliver product and technical training to partners and customers.
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales expertise: 5+ years in electronics or technical product sales, ideally in OEM or channel environments.
- Customer-first mindset: You love being out in the field, meeting clients, and building trust.
- Technical know-how: Solid understanding of LED/lighting components is a plus.
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the DACH region.
- Drive: Persistent, self-organized, and motivated to exceed targets.
