The Role — Student Assistant (Digital Marketing)
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Working Student – Digital Marketing
to join our early-stage team and support the marketing engine behind InfiGrow. You will play a key role in building our brand presence, supporting content creation, and driving engagement across digital channels.
This role is perfect for someone who is curious, creative, and eager to learn how B2B marketing, SaaS growth, and international expansion strategies come together.
You will:
- Support content creation for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and case studies
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct research on industries, global expansion trends, and SME markets
- Help manage and maintain CRM/marketing automation workflows
- Support brand-building activities, including visuals, storytelling, and messaging
- Track performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve engagement
- Collaborate with founders on growth, content, and outreach strategy
What We're Looking For
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields)
- Strong interest in
B2B marketing, SaaS, startups, and global business - Good understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn)
- Creativity in content writing, design, and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, HubSpot, Notion, or similar
- Proactive mindset, willingness to take ownership, and ability to work independently
- Bonus: Experience with SEO, ads, or AI productivity tools
