With innovative paid media activities you will deliver measurable results — from strategy through optimization. Shape the future of performance marketing in the direct‑to‑consumer business of a growing running brand
Your Responsibilities
- Strategy:
You are responsible for the performance marketing strategy for Europe with a focus on Germany and Austria. - Planning:
You develop and manage paid media activities according to the go‑to‑market calendar for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal peaks. - Optimization:
You implement campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and other platforms, test continuously, and derive data‑based recommendations for action. - Growth:
You design lead generation campaigns, test new formats, and identify levers for revenue growth. - Collaboration:
You work closely with internal teams and external agencies and coordinate the creation of high‑quality creatives. - Analysis:
You prepare reports, forecasts and performance analyses and derive strategic recommendations.
What You Bring
- A completed degree in business, e‑commerce, digital marketing or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e‑commerce, sports or fashion.
- Very good knowledge of Meta advertising and solid experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads; TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and confident handling of KPIs, attribution and funnel data.
- Experience collaborating with agencies and creators.
