Du weißt, wie man Menschen erreicht – mit starken Kampagnen, klaren Botschaften und gutem Design. Und wenn du neben Ads auch gerne mal selbst textest, gestaltest, Newsletter auf den Punkt bringst oder die Website auf dem neuesten Stand hältst: umso besser.​

Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
mit Fokus auf Social Media Ads, Google Ads – und auch Newsletter, Redaktion, Grafik & Website.

Aufgaben

  • Du planst, steuerst und optimierst unsere Kampagnen auf Meta, LinkedIn und Google Ads​

  • Du entwickelst Strategien, um die richtigen Menschen im richtigen Moment zu erreichen​

  • Du analysierst Zahlen und ziehst die richtigen Schlüsse – präzise, fokussiert, klar​

  • Du betreust unsere E-Mail- und CRM-Newsletter – von der Konzeption bis zum Versand​

  • Du hältst unsere Website und den Online-Shop aktuell – Texte, Bilder, Angebote​

  • Du bringst dich in Text, Bildsprache und Gestaltung aktiv ein​

  • Du entwickelst mit einem externen Partner unsere IT- und CRM-Systeme weiter – für mehr Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing mit Social Media & Google Ads​

  • Klaren Blick für Daten. Und für Menschen.​

  • Ideen, die funktionieren – nicht nur auf dem Papier​

  • Sorgfalt, Tempo, Herzblut​

  • Technische Affinität für IT- und CRM-Systeme
