Dein Platz bei uns:
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien für verschiedene Produktkategorien und Märkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO und der StrategieabteilungAnalyse der Geschäftsentwicklung über alle Vertriebskanäle hinweg – Retail, E-Commerce und FachhandelAufbau und Pflege von Dashboards zur Steuerung von Umsatz, Margen, Lagerbeständen und Promotion-PerformanceDurchführung von Preis-, Nachfrage- und Werbewirkungsanalysen sowie AbweichungsbewertungenWettbewerbsbenchmarking und Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen für Produkt- und KanalentscheidungenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing, Finanzen und Supply ChainErstellung von Präsentationen und strategischen Memos für die GeschäftsleitungIdentifikation und Bewertung neuer Wachstumschancen – von geografischer Expansion bis zu Produktinnovationen und PartnerschaftenWeiterentwicklung von Tools, Prozessen und Reportingstandards im Bereich AnalyticsDein Weg zu CYBEX:
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Wirtschaft, BWL, Finanzen oder einem verwandten BereichFundierte Berufserfahrung in der Strategieberatung und/oder einer analytischen Rolle im Konsumgüter- oder HandelsumfeldErfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften in einem dynamischen, internationalen UmfeldSehr gute Kenntnisse in Power BI, Tableau und ExcelAusgeprägtes Verständnis für Verbraucherverhalten, Handelsdynamiken und Category ManagementStarke analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit strategischem Denken und KommunikationsstärkeFließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von VorteilWir agieren international und haben Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen aus zahlreichen Nationen.
