We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern in Consumer Service EU.

Job Description

This internship will provide you with the opportunity to support the preparation of content and master material for upcoming product launches and relaunches in Beauty Care as well as Laundry Homecare for consumer services of all EU markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, develop consumer relevant questions, and align answers with various stakeholders including Marketing, R&D, Legal, and Issue Management.

You will also contribute to the implementation of master information assets into a knowledge base for different communication channels, establish and maintain a glossary, and develop training material. Additionally, you will be responsible for translations of Q&As (brand and HCB projects) and text blocks of most common consumer complaints and responses.

Furthermore, you will steer data entry harmonization, including categorizing consumer feedback for the most relevant complaints on the CRM platform, and gain a broad overview of consumer service and the broader scope of EU Marketing with wide array of stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's student in business, marketing, or communication science
  • Practical experience in marketing, consumer service, or public relations through previous internships in FMCG industry or agency
  • Fluent language skills in English
  • Confidence in dealing with common MS Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Keen interest in marketing innovation, strategic thinking, process improvement, and trends in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods
  • Affinity for writing combined with creativity and sense for good texts and speech
  • Appreciation for working in international team characterized by reliability and high level of entrepreneurial spirit & networking skills
  • Show passion for constant changes and describe yourself as open-minded, communicative, well-organized
