TASK WITH IMPACT

  • Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations and strategic HR projects
  • Assist in planning and implementing HR-related topics along the employee lifecycle
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings with leaders and the works council
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and decision papers on HR topics
  • Gain insights into employment law, change management, and HR processes within the DOUGLAS Group

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studies in business, psychology, law, or a comparable field with a focus on HR
  • Ideally first practical experience in HR, e.g. through internships or working student positions
  • Interest in employment law and collaboration with works councils
  • Structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and enthusiasm for HR in an international environment
