Wir sind ein Digital Health Startup mit dem Ziel, unterversorgten Personengruppen einen niederschwelligen Zugang zu hochwertiger Gesundheitsversorgung zu bieten. Gemeinsam mit niedergelassenen Augenärzt:innen und Unikliniken verbessern wir den Zugang zu Gesundheitsversorgung. Unser interdisziplinäres Team aus Ärzt:innen, Optometrist:innen, Software-Entwickler:innen und Unternehmensberater:innen arbeitet Hand in Hand, um die Qualität und Reichweite der Gesundheitsversorgung zu verbessern.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Ein tiefer Einblick in viele Geschäftsbereiche wie Operations, Data Analysis und Sales.
  • Du bist ein integraler Bestandteil des Core Teams, und unterstützt aktiv bei der Go-To-Market Strategie nach
  • einer erfolgreichen Finanzierungsrunde.
  • Du koordinierst verschiedene Versorgungsprojekte E2E in enger Abstimmung mit unserem erfahrenen Gründerteam.
  • Durch deine Analysen identifizierst du neue Kanäle, um die Reichweite und Effektivität unseres Angebots zu steigern.
  • Ein moderner Arbeitsplatz im Zentrum vom Prenzlauer Berg und regelmäßige Teamevents.

Was wir suchen:

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld gesammelt, idealerweise durch eine Werkstudententätigkeit oder ein Praktikum in Start-Ups, Business Development, Consulting oder Venture Capital.
  • Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sind herausragend, und du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen.
  • Du bist motiviert, in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen zu arbeiten und bringst eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
