We're looking for a motivated and curious entry level ERP Project Manager (f/m/d) who's ready to help shape the future of our Java-based ERP system with an SQL backend. In this role, you'll dive into the world of ERP project management, collaborate across departments, and contribute to meaningful digital transformation projects from day one.

As an entry-level ERP Project Manager, you won't just be watching from the sidelines—you'll be driving the development of new ERP features using agile methods, helping shape the tools that keep our business running smoothly. From the initial concept to the final rollout, you'll manage and support ERP implementation projects, ensuring every step is aligned with our goals.

You'll be the go-to person for user support, making sure system adoption is seamless and intuitive. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with teams across departments to optimize business processes on a global scale.

And when it comes to technology, you'll get hands-on experience with our Java-based client, JavaScript web systems, and Oracle SQL database—working side by side with developers to bring ideas to life.

To thrive in this role, you bring more than just a degree—you bring curiosity, drive, and a fresh perspective. Whether you studied Business Information Systems, Business, IT, Engineering, or a similar field, your academic foundation sets the stage for growth.

You're eager to learn, proactive in your approach, and confident in your communication. An interest in (PL/)SQL and agile methodologies will help you navigate the technical and strategic aspects of our ERP landscape. Fluency in English is essential, and if you speak German, that's a welcome bonus in our international environment.
