Role Description:
We are looking for an organized and motivated Junior / Associate Project Manager
to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery.
Your responsibilities will include helping create project plans, tracking project progress, updating timelines, and maintaining project documentation. You will assist in organizing team meetings, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring that any risks or issues are identified and addressed. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility in managing specific aspects of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
