Am Standort in Bönen (bei Dortmund) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Process Expert (m/w/d) für unser Team.

Von automatisierten Melksystemen über intelligente Fütterungstechnik bis hin zu digitalen Tools für das Herdenmanagement – GEA unterstützt Landwirte weltweit dabei, Produktivität zu steigern, Tierwohl zu verbessern und nachhaltige Landwirtschaft zu fördern.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Unterstützung der Organisation bei der Findung von Lösungen im Produktentstehungsprozess
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung digitaler Prozesse
  • Erstellung von Prozessmodellen, Flussdiagrammen und anderen visuellen Darstellungen zur Unterstützung der Implementierung durch das Team PLM Processes
  • Analyse der bestehenden Produktentstehungsprozesse und Definition von Verbesserungen
  • Unterstützung im Stakeholder-Management auf globaler und lokaler Ebene, z. B. mit Fachbereichsleitern, Key Usern usw.
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Umfragen und Interviews zur Sammlung von Feedback von Nutzern und Stakeholdern, insbesondere aus dem operativen Team
  • Unterstützung bei Schulungen für Mitarbeitende im Hinblick auf neue digitale Lösungen und deren Nutzung im operativen Geschäft

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem speziellen Fachgebiet wie Business Process Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von PLM und ERP-gestützten Prozessen in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Teamcenter und SAP-MM
  • CAD-Verständnis ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projektteams
  • Fähigkeit zur Überzeugung verschiedener Stakeholder innerhalb der Organisation
  • Ergebnisorientierter Change Experte in einem komplexen internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
