We're looking for a
Senior Product Development Engineer
with deep expertise, passion for performance, and a collaborative mindset to join our team. Be part of building a cutting-edge competence center, collaborate internationally, and see your ideas come to life on European test tracks.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product development projects for PCR and LTR tires, from concept to series release.
  • Innovate in tire design, tread patterns, compounds, and performance optimization.
  • Take part in hands-on testing at European proving grounds – see your ideas perform in real-world conditions.
  • Collaborate internationally across R&D, Testing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Global Product Management.
  • Play a key role in building and expanding our European R&D competence center, bringing your expertise and ideas to life.
  • Provide technical guidance and insight to continuously improve product performance, durability, and safety.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in tire product development, ideally with leading manufacturers.
  • Strong knowledge of PCR/LTR tire design, materials, testing, and performance evaluation.
  • Proven track record of delivering top-quality products.
  • Confident communicator in English, able to collaborate effectively in an international team.
  • Analytical, creative, and hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
