Wir suchen eine*n Process & Fiber Development Engineer

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Material, Anwendung und Prozess. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, unsere Faserprodukte technisch zu verstehen, weiterzuentwickeln und für unterschiedliche Anwendungen nutzbar zu machen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Gründer*innen-Team zusammen und übernimmst von Anfang an viel Eigenverantwortung.

Standort:
hybrid in Hannover (mindestens zwei feste Tage pro Woche vor Ort)

Anstellungsart:
Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (zunächst befristet)

Arbeitszeit:
mindestens 30 Stunden/Woche

ab dem oder später

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Koordination und Durchführung von material- und prozessbezogenen Analysen
  • Produkt- und Anwendungs-Mapping
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Dokumentation technischer Datenblätter
  • Versuchsplanung, Durchführung und strukturierte Auswertung von Versuchsdaten und Ableitung technischer Empfehlungen
  • Optional: Zusammenarbeit mit Kund*innen sowie Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Business Development bei technischen Fragestellungen
