Wir (TRG Pilates GmbH - in Gründung) planen ein modernes, hochwertiges Reformer Pilates Studio. Das Studio wird einen starken digitalen Anspruch verfolgen und dabei auf eine hochwertige, persönliche Betreuung setzen.

Für den Aufbau unseres Pilotstandorts suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die von Anfang an mitgestalten möchte – mit Verantwortung, Perspektive und Raum für Entwicklung.

Die Position beginnt in Teilzeit und Remote mit klaren Ziel, sie zeitnah (und nach Wunsch) in eine verantwortungsvolle Vollzeitrolle vor Ort zu überführen.

Aufgaben

-Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Trainingsprogrammen, Qualitätssicherung und Teamaufbau,

- Mitarbeit bei der Aufbau und Entwicklung des Studios (mit Unterstützung durch unser zentrales Team), ggf. auch operative Leitung

-Durchführung von Pilates-Reformer-Trainings (Einsteiger bis Fortgeschrittene)

Qualifikation

-Du bist ein ausgebildeter und erfahrener Pilates-Reformer-TrainerIn

-Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Studioalltag

-Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und mit Sinn für Qualität

-Du bist offen für digitale Tools, smarte Prozesse und neue Kurskonzepte

-Du möchtest nicht nur Stunden geben, sondern wirklich mitgestalten
