EPS Global is a leading distributor of specialized IT components, such as optical transceivers, routers, and switches, serving resellers worldwide. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on our expertise and our ability to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Our focus on the reseller and service provider market has established us as a trusted partner for IT infrastructure products and services. We are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager DACH to manage and grow our $10m business in the DACH region.
Location: Germany or Ireland, with significant travel across Europe.
Aufgaben
Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager DACH, you will play the key role in managing and growing our business in DACH, focusing on nurturing and expanding our client base within the German, Austrian, and Swiss service provider and reseller markets, among others across Europe. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain our current sales revenue in the region
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
- Work closely with our key vendors in the US and Asia
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Report into the EMEA Sales Director
Profil
- Previous experience in a Regional Sales role, within the IT or telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with the service provider markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Experience with other European markets is a plus.
- Fluent in German (C2 level or equivalent) with excellent communication skills in English is a must for the role.
- Ability to travel within DACH region and internationally as required.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented approach with a passion for achieving sales goals.
