Customer Fulfilment Specialist

The Customer Fulfillment Associate is responsible for handling our global shipping of hardware like servers, as well as generating and delivering software.
The Customer Fulfilment Associate position is part of the Customer Fulfilment Team. This role requires a structured and customer-centric thinking, a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed our own high standards as well as our customers' expectations in order to help Verimatrix acquire new business to fuel our rapid growth.
This job requires being in the office 4 days per week, 1 day per week could be remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales fulfillment inquiries
- Process customer purchase orders accurately in the company's CRM/ERP system
- Coordinate delivery of software licenses, subscriptions, or cloud service activations
- Generating software by using pre-configured scripts and pre-defined set of commands
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by delivering correct software entitlements on time
- Communicating internally across departments and externally to partners, customers and suppliers, also handling escalations
- Track fulfillment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree related field or equivalent experience in Customer Support/Care, business administration or logistics
- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM tool is a plus
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Linux command line is a plus
- High attention to detail
- A strong sense of urgency, and relentless commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a "can do" attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
