Als innovativer B2B Datenanbieter mischen wir den Vertrieb mit unserem revolutionären Produkt auf. Wir sitzen im Herzen von Berlin, am Hackeschen Markt, und unterstützen andere Unternehmen mit unserer Lösung bei der Gewinnung von Neukunden und bei der Digitalisierung von Vertriebs– und Marketingprozessen.

Aufgaben

Unsere Vertriebsmitarbeiter sind spitze im Vertrieb unseres Produkts – Du legst mit deinen Terminen ordentlich Brennholz nach und sorgst somit dafür, dass das Feuer der Vertriebler nicht erlischt

  • Als erstes tauchen wir dich in die Welt der neugeschaeft GmbH ein, damit du das fachliche Know-how bekommst.
  • Anschließend knüpfst du mit deiner aufgeschlossenen Art neue Kontakte und machst potentielle Kunden mit den wesentlichen Details unseres Produktes einschließlich Dienstleistungen vertraut.
  • Du arbeitest direkt mit Kunden zusammen, um Termine für deine Kollegen im Vertrieb zu vereinbaren.
  • Somit unterstützt du mit proaktiver Mitarbeit nicht nur deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen, sondern bist direkter Bestandteil unseres Wachstums
Qualifikation

Damit überzeugst Du uns:

Du hast keine Angst vor dem Telefon und als Kommunikationsprofi hast Du Erfahrung im Telefonvertrieb mit dem Schwerpunkt Terminvereinbarung und ggf. eine kaufmännischen Ausbildung.

  • Wenn du Quereinsteiger bist (z.B. Hotellerie, Gastronomie, etc.) und Kommunikationstalent und Spaß beim Telefonieren mitbringst.
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten bist du gewohnt und im Umgang mit MS Office sicher
  • Dir gefällt leistungsorientierte Bezahlung und bist Transparenz im Vertrieb gewohnt
  • Du bist eine sympathische, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit und loyaler Teamplayer
