Deine Aufgaben
  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Digital-Factory-Lösungen (Planung, Produktions- und Qualitätsmanagement, Connected Worker) und deren kontinuierliche Optimierung.
  • Treiber einer modernen, AI-getriebenen Softwareentwicklung: Aufbau einer Entwicklungsorganisation, die neue Funktionen konsequent "AI-first" denkt, plant und umsetzt – von intelligenten Assistenzfunktionen über agentenbasierte Workflows bis hin zu ML-gestützten Entscheidungsmodellen.
  • Kundenorientierte Produktentwicklung: Sicherstellen, dass Releases, Funktionen und Systemverbesserungen klar an Kundenbedürfnissen ausgerichtet sind; enger Austausch mit Pilotkunden und Customer Success.
  • Modernisierung der Architektur: Führung bei der Transformation von Legacy-Systemen zu standardisierten, API-gesteuerten und cloud-fähigen Architekturen unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Security- und Compliance-Standards.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Aktive, pragmatische Unterstützung der Teams sowie klare Priorisierung, wenn es kritisch wird – du bist nicht nur steuernd, sondern packst auch selbst an.
  • Integration intelligenter Agenten & KI-Modelle mit sauberer Governance, Versionierung und messbarem Nutzen.
  • Teamführung eines funktionsübergreifenden Engineering-Bereichs (ca. 50 Mitarbeitende: Engineering, QA, Dokumentation, Architektur), Förderung von agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Stärkung einer leistungsorientierten, offenen Teamkultur.
  • Verantwortung für zentrale Migrations- und Integrationsprojekte, insbesondere Systemstabilität, API-Kommunikation und Einführung KI-basierter Funktionen über das gesamte Produktportfolio hinweg.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Informatik, Data Science o. Ä.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Head of Engineering, Director Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle mit Verantwortung für mehrere Teams.
  • Tiefe Erfahrung in der Modernisierung komplexer Codelines hin zu cloud-nativen Architekturen (PaaS, Microservices, Container), sehr gute Kenntnisse in SOA sowie mindestens einer relevanten Sprache (Java, Delphi, C++, Python).
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Implementierung skalierbarer KI- und ML-Funktionen in Produktivsystemen.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams über verschiedene Standorte, Technologien und Kulturen hinweg.
  • Ausgeprägte Transformationserfahrung: große technische Modernisierungsprojekte, agile Skalierung, Legacy-Ablösung.
  • Gutes Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen, MES-Systemen und Digital-Factory-Anwendungen.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, klarer Fokus auf Ergebnisse.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
