Bei MYPOSTER entwickeln wir inhouse mit viel Eigenverantwortung und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch die gesamte Plattform selbst: vom Shop-Frontend über APIs und Mobile Apps bis hin zu Infrastructure-as-Code. Dabei gehören agile Methoden, automatisierte Tests und Pair-Programming ebenso dazu, wie viel Raum für Innovation und neue Tools. In kurzen Release-Zyklen finden Deine Ideen sofort ihren Weg in unsere Produkte und damit zu Millionen Nutzern.

DEINE AUFGABEN – HIERFÜR BRENNST DU

  • Du verantwortest die MYPOSTER Softwareentwicklung und führst das Engineering-Team bestehend aus Frontend- und Backend-Entwicklern disziplinarisch wie fachlich
  • Du bist Teil unseres MYPOSTER Management-Teams und berichtest direkt an unseren Geschäftsführer Simon
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem CTO unsere Architektur aktiv weiter, triffst technologische Entscheidungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme performant, skalierbar und zukunftssicher sind
  • Du liebst individuelle Entwicklung und förderst Feedbackkultur & Teamzusammenhalt in einem wachsenden Team mit ambitionierten smarten Entwicklern
  • Du hast Lust auch mal selbst aktiv im Code zu bleiben, Projekte voranzutreiben und Maßstäbe für Clean Code, Testing und Performance zu setzen
  • Du brennst für neue Technologien und alles rund um KI und baust (KI-)Produkte, die echten Kundennutzen erzeugen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und bist bereit noch mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du bist entweder Frontend- oder Backend-Profi, kennst Dich aber in beiden Bereichen gut aus (hier geht's zu unserem TechStack & TechRadar )
  • Du bist stark in Architektur und Strategie, verstehst aber auch operative Herausforderungen und findest pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, bist hands-on und willst gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team etwas bewegen
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und bist gern vor Ort mit dem Team im Office in München
