Die Corporate Function Finance & Controlling gestaltet die strategische Aufstellung, Prozesse und Werkzeuge der internationalen Finance und Controlling Organisation sowie die Steuerung der WITTENSTEIN gruppe und agiert dabei als zentraler Business, Expert und Service Partner.

  • Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft im Finanzbereich
  • Durchführung von Fit/Gap-Analysen und Umsetzung lokaler Anforderungen im Rahmen globaler Templates und Policies
  • Planung und Durchführung von User Acceptance Testing, Trainings, Go-Live und Hypercare
  • Unterstützung bei weltweiten SAP-Rollouts, Daten-/Stammdaten-Mapping, Testfälle und Validierungen
  • Beratung und Sparringspartner für Finanzverantwortliche (fachlich und systemtechnisch)
  • Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierung und Automatisierung (RPA/Workflows/ Cloud Solutions)
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Dokumentationen, SOPs, Go-Live-Checklisten

Damit begleiten Sie die Transformation im operativen Finanzwesen und sorgen für die Umsetzung und Adoption harmonisierter, standardisierter End-to-End-Prozesse. Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Endanwendern und IT, unterstützen SAP-Rollouts und treiben die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Finanzbereich voran.

  • fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und der Rechnungslegung
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse der SAP Module im Bereich Finance
  • Interesse und Verständnis der operativen Abläufe im Rechnungswesen mit Fokus auf End-to-Prozesse
  • hervorragende Kenntnisse im Prozess- und Projektmanagement
  • analytisches Denken, Beratungskompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung im konzeptionellen Arbeiten und in der Umsetzung in IT Systemen
  • Affinität für Digitalisierungs- und Technologietrends im Finanzbereich
  • hohes Engagement, Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
