Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Lieferanten in Abrechnungsthemen, inkl. Korrekturen und Gutschriften
  • Verantwortung für den Bereich Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), enge Abstimmung mit dem Shared Service und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung konzernweiter Richtlinien sowie interner Kontrollvorgaben
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister (Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung)
  • Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche und diverse Stakeholder
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Interner Revision sowie Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfern
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Bereichs Finanzen & Controlling zur Weiterentwicklung einer High Performance Finanzlandschaft
  • Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, insbesondere beim Rollout neuer Produkte
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Konzernrichtlinien
  • Effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Finanz- und Buchhaltungsteams im Rahmen von Shared Service Strukturen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
  • Analytisches und prozessorientiertes Denkvermögen sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint); idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder anderen ERP-Systemen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
