Your Responsibilities- Du bist für die Bereiche Primär- und Sekundärmetallurgie verantwortlich und stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf unter Berücksichtigung der Produktionsziele sicher
- Du planst die Belegung der einzelnen Aggregate und des zur Verfügung stehenden Pfannenparks
- Die Kontrolle und Analyse der Funktionsbereitschaft der Aggregate gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du leitest bei Störungen geeignete Maßnahmen zur Störungsbeseitigung ein
- Du entwickelst Optimierungen der Produktionsabläufe
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitenden und vertrittst den/die Schichtkoordinator:in bei Abwesenheit
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzmaßnahmen sicher
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrenstechnologe:in oder vergleichbar und hast eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Meister:in erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Schmelzbetrieb, insbesondere in den Bereichen Primär- und Sekundärmetallurgie
- Idealerweise kannst Du bereits Führungserfahrung vorweisen
- Eine selbstorganisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich aus
- Du besitzt eine gute körperliche Fitness und Eignung zur Arbeit unter erhöhter Temperaturbelastung
- Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtsystem bringst Du mit
- Grundkenntnisse in SAP, Word, Excel und Power Point runden Dein Profil ab
