Your Responsibilities- Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des optimalen Anlagenzustandes
- Du überwachst die Industrieöfen inkl. der dazu gehörigen Brenner, Leitungen und Infrastruktur und sorgst für die Einleitung und Umsetzung von erforderlichen Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
- Du bist für die fachliche Führung und Qualifikation der dir zugeordneten Mitarbeitern zuständig und übernimmst die Schwachstellenanalyse und Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse in Abstimmung mit den Prozess-, Schichtkoordinator:innen und Ingenieur:innen des eigenen Teams
- Du analysierst Betriebs- und Störgeschehen und leitest entsprechende Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du begleitest die Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Investitionsmaßnahmen und unterstützt den/die disziplinarischen Vorgesetzten beim Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Vorschriften
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Instandsetzung und Optimierung von Feuerfestausmauerung im Bereich Ofenanlagen vom Warmbandwerk 1
- Du hältst die Kostensituation eigenverantwortlich im Blick
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise zum/zur Industriemechaniker:in oder Verfahrenstechniker:in
- Darüber hinaus hast Du eine abgeschlossene Zusatzausbildung als Techniker:in oder Industriemeister:in
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Industrieöfen
- Du konntest Fachkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Ofeninstandhaltung und der produktionstechnischen Zusammenhänge sammeln
- Du überzeugst durch dein souveränes Auftreten, bist kommunikationsstark, flexibel und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du zeichnest dich darüber hinaus durch deine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Feuerfest Materialien
