Your Responsibilities- Im Team Service des Oxygenstahlwerks 2 bist Du zuständig für die Wartung und Reparatur der Mess- und Regelanlagen
- Du analysierst und beseitigst Störungen und arbeitest eng zusammen mit den anderen Teams der Erhaltung und Produktion
- Vorbeugende Instandhaltung nach entsprechenden Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsplänen wird von Dir selbstständig ausgeführt
- Du stellst die Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicher und gehst aufmerksam durch die Anlage, um mögliche Verbesserungen in den Abläufen und der Infrastruktur zu identifizieren
- Bei durchzuführenden Reparaturen nimmst Du elektrische Sicherungsmaßnahmen vor
- Du bedienst Prüf- und Messmittel, führst Messungen durch und kalibrierst diese bei Bedarf
- Idealerweise hast Du eine Berufsausbildung als Mess- und Regelmechaniker:in, Prozessleitelektroniker:in oder Elektroniker:in für Automatisierungstechnik absolviert
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der M&R-Technik, gerne in einem vergleichbaren Produktionsbetrieb
- Du besitzt ein sehr gutes technisches Auffassungsvermögen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit MSR-Anlagen, Prozessleitsystemen und Schaltanlagen
- Das Lesen von Stromlaufpläne und der Umgang mit ePlan zählt zu Deinen Fähigkeiten
- Du bringst EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Office und SAP (PM) mit. Kenntnisse von SPS-Systemen wie PCS7, TIA-Portal, etc. sind wünschenswert
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus. Eigenständiges, strukturiertes und präzises Arbeiten sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Die Bereitschaft im Tagschicht-Rhythmus (6-14 Uhr an 6 Arbeitstagen, dann 4 frei) und in Höhe zu arbeiten runden Dein Profil ab
