Your Responsibilities- Du übernimmst die schichtbezogene Produktions- und Personalführung sowie die Motivation und Förderung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter:innen zur Sicherstellung der Verladung, Probennahme und Qualität
- Du organisierst und gestaltest die Abläufe in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachkoordinatoren und Schnittstellenpartnern
- Du koordinierst Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der gesetzten betrieblichen Ziele und trägst die Verantwortung für den fakultätsübergreifenden kontinuierlichen Abstimmungsprozess
- Die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung betrieblicher und gesetzlicher Auflagen und Richtlinien zur Arbeitssicherheit und zum Umweltschutz sowie zum Umgang mit Gefahrenstoffen rundet Dein Aufgabengebiet ab
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung sowie mindestens über eine Weiterbildung zur/m Prozesskoordinator:in
- Wünschenswerterweise kannst Du eine mehrjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Coillogistik vorweisen
- Du zeichnest dich durch den sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP, Auditor+ und Workday aus und hast eine hohe Affinität zu modernen Softwarelösungen wie z.B. Lagerverwaltung
- Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, Führungsstärke und hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent runden Dein Profil ab
