Unser Kunde ist ein Tech-Startup in Hamburg, das einen digitalen unabhängigen Wechselservice für Privat- und Gewerbekunden bietet. Die Gründer sind als Physiker selbst tief in der Materie und schätzen den fachlichen Austausch auf Augenhöhe. In der innovativen Firma erwarten dich Teamspirit, Zusammenhalt und gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Um weiterhin den Kundenkontakt und -service auf höchsten Niveau zu gewährleisten, suchen wir für das Startup einen Customer-Care Specialist.

Deine Aufgaben

· Gewährleistung einer hohen Servicequalität und professionellen Auftragsdurchführung

· Stetige Optimierung der Automatisierung unserer operativen Prozesse  in Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Team

· Kreative Problemlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden auf Augenhöhe

· Beteiligung an Steuerung & Kontrolle der Absatzaktivitäten

Dein Profil

· Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bürokaufmann/-frau oder eine andere vergleichbare Ausbildung

· Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt/Kundenservice

· Optimal: Bezug zur Energiebranche & zu verschiedenen Netzbetreibern (DSL)

· Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität & Verantwortungsbewusstsein

· Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Start-ups und wachsende Strukturen

· Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen

· Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Skills und gute Kenntnisse von CRM-Systemen

· Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
