For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS in Finkenwerder we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH

Your Tasks

  • Participate in and contribute to a high performing cross functional Customer Account Support Team and Customer Resolution Services Team
  • Responsible and proactive management of the customer specific open order book
  • Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through industry leading quick response times as well as qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiries
  • Handle quotations and customer orders pertaining to the products including timely follow up on quotations, claims and orders in accordance with KPIs
  • Maintenance of customer records
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing high quality responses to all customer related requests for spare parts and related services
  • Maintenance and development of the customer service quality level
  • Directly contribute to the increase in customer satisfaction and enhance internal and external communication related to customer material order performance
  • Support organisation in securing on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Train and Support our customers in using our e-commerce platforms
  • Participate in back-up arrangements in support of absence by other Customer Resolution Specialists
  • Participate in periodic functional and cross-functional activities (e.g. projects, meetings etc) as per agreement with the Manager

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economy, Supply Chain, Logistic or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in planning / material procurement.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • English: fluent / business proficient.
  • German: an advantage.
  • Shipping or aviation industry knowledge is considered an asset.
