Customer Success Lead

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - EXCITING AND CHALLENGING**:
- You will build, lead and develop our customer success/account management team (5+), which is in charge of maximizing the value our customers derive from working with Alaiko
- You’ll continuously implement best practices, process improvements, playbooks, and feedback loops to enable the team to consistently deliver a world-class customer experience
- You’ll be the owner of your team's metrics and drive the plan to exceed them, specifically expansion, churn mitigation, and profitability
- By collaborating cross-functionally with all teams (especially Solution Engineering, Customer Support, Logistics, and Product) you will drive customer value and ensure satisfaction
**YOUR PROFILE - DETAIL-ORIENTED, INDEPENDENT AND MOTIVATED**:
- You have gained 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a B2B context, ideally with e-commerce/logistics exposure
- You have demonstrated your ability to recruit, lead and develop a high performing team within a fast-paced environment
- You have a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, especially at an executive level, and possess exceptional communication skills (English & German)
- You have excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills while making data-driven decisions
- You are very comfortable working with modern CRM systems such as Salesforce
