**Your mission**:
Would you like to join one of the fastest-growing industries at the intersection of Big
Data, AI and unmanned aviation?

As a leading operator of long-range drones (BVLOS) in Germany and Europe, Beagle
Systems is growing rapidly. We are looking for a VP Finance (w/m/d) in Hamburg to join
our team.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our financial strategy, modeling, and reporting
- translating company goals into actionable plans, managing cash and margins, and leading equity, debt, and asset financing efforts.

**We’re looking for someone available ideally this summer, and no later than autumn**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Shape our finance strategy - design and execute a scalable roadmap that

supports both day-to-day operations and long-term growth
- Turn goals into numbers - translate short
- and mid-term company objectives

into detailed financial and operational plans
- Own financial modelling - build and maintain granular short
- and long-term

models with a strong focus on margins, cash-flow scenarios and sensitivity
analyses
- Make data visible - create dashboards that give real-time visibility into traction,

cash position and critical KPIs for fast, data-driven decisions
- Run decision-driven reporting - deliver timely, investor-ready monthly,

quarterly and annual reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Prioritise the right workstreams - define, sequence and monitor finance

projects so resources go where they create the most value
- Guard liquidity - craft and oversee our cash-management strategy, including

burn-rate monitoring and runway optimisation
- Lead financing efforts - independently structure, negotiate, and close equity,

debt, and especially asset-backed/CAPEX financings, while developing
compelling financing plans for SPVs, banks, and other capital providers
- Represent us externally - be the go-to person for auditors, tax advisors, banks,

payment providers and other stakeholders

**Your profile**:
**Must-have**
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience (investment banking or asset financing in

Head of Finance / VP Finance / junior-CFO roles).
- Proven track record structuring and closing asset-backed financing (ideally

CAPEX heavy)
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, KPI-driven reporting and

margin management
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear

strategic actions
- High degree of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English (German a plus)

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience building and leading teams or driving company-wide strategy
- Hands-on background in business intelligence / data analytics
- Prior start-up or scale-up exposure for cultural fit and speed
