In this role, you'll ensure financial integrity, strategic plan alignment, and manage the business’s financial rhythm—all while thriving in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.TasksWhat you'll doFinancial Strategy & ReportingDevelop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPI dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses.Provide insightful financial commentary and recommendations influencing key strategic decisions.Accounting & ComplianceOversee full-cycle accounting: GL, AP/AR, asset management, and closing processes—ensuring accuracy and adherence to German GAAP and IFRS.Supervise accurate, timely financial close and reportingManage audits, tax filings, and ensure financial compliance across jurisdictions (Germany, Europe, global clients).Budgeting & ForecastingSupport annual budgeting and long-range financial modeling with scenario planning.Own quarterly re-forecasting efforts Cash Flow & TreasuryMonitor cash flow, liquidity forecasts, billing, collections, and banking relationships.Drive optimal working capital management.Financial Systems & ControlsIdentify, document, and strengthen financial processes and controls, including automated data flows or ERP enhancements.Recommend and drive improvements to financial systems to support scale with trust and ownership mindset.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations/Deployment, and Leadership to align finance strategy with strategic initiatives.Special Projects & Strategic InitiativesWork alongside the VP of finance in support of commercial discussions, key investment projects and funding rounds. RequirementsOur ideal new colleagueEducation: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
