Brand Experience Coordinator

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support the Brand Experience Manager on experiential activities (live events & online/ hybrid events).
- Plan and coordinate various aspects of brand experiences incl. budgeting, invoicing and procurement administration.
- Handle team travel administration (booking and invoicing of team hotels and flight selections).
- Select and negotiate with vendors and monitor their activities to ensure quality control.
- Book venues and other supplier services according to requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure a smooth execution.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify event needs and keep up to date with developments.
- Prepare team and executive briefings prior to events.
- Record and track meeting minutes.
- Conduct analysis of event activities.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Hospitality.
- Previous work experience in the event sector, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Ability to support the planning and execution of events including brief preparation, travel coordination and budget planning.
- Ability to steer internal and external event stakeholders.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally if required.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and with a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English, German and Italian are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the EU.
