We are looking for an **HR Business Partner (M/F/d)** who is a proactive strategic thinker with a strong growth mindset who can successfully translate fast changing business needs into value adding HR actions.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will partner with leaders, their teams, peers, and cross-functional partners to drive HR initiatives and deliver results. Additionally, you will be expected to think out the box, question the status quo as well as challenge the business, your colleagues and yourself. Your coaching and mentoring skills will be essential to drive the leadership agenda, team performance and employee engagement. You bring with you an excellent understanding of organizational change and experience in leading transformations while you yourself embrace change and are mindful of your own change journey through transformations.

Your focus is to understand business and market priorities and translate business strategy into a relevant and impactful strategic HR agenda which include driving:

- Organizational development and effectiveness
- Strategic workforce management
- Change management
- Diversity and inclusion
- Talent management & development
- Culture & engagement
- Data and human capital metric analytics

Together with your HR business partner colleagues you will:

- Continuously review, assess, and evolve the business to drive organizational efficiency and agility
- Ensure our strategic HR projects shapes and foster an engaging, diverse and inclusive employee environment
- Role model collaboration and working efficiently and effectively across business boundaries
- Co-create, spar and challenge each other to ensure we have a best-in-class future focused HR agenda in Climate Solutions

**Background & Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience as HR Business Partner/HR leader or as general leader with profound interest in Human Resource Management
- Master level in HR, business or equivalent relevant degree
- Significant experience in supporting and coaching senior leaders
- Excellent facilitator both face to face and virtually
- Solid understanding of and interest in various Human Resources functional and technical areas
- Effortless navigation in a cross-cultural matrix organization
