**What part will you play?**
- Exploring/defining data gathering practices
- Mastering complex unstructured and structured data and break down ambiguous problems to uncover previously unknown findings by analyzing qualitative and quantitative user data
- Study the behavior of our users from multiple points of view and proactively look for ways to understand their experience
- Create and maintain good documentation for research initiatives and continuously work to drive research process improvements
**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have a Masters degree in computer science, mathematics, business informatics or related fields
- The ability to work with large amounts of information and see the bigger picture are characterizing you
- You could already gain experience with data analytics
- You have programming skills, preferably with Python, SQL or similar tools and data aggregation and visualization skills
- Furthermore you have the ability to closely collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- You are characterized by an innovative mindset and willingness to drive a topic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
