From further developing the whole Sales Organization through close collaboration between HQ and the regions - we enable and support the countries with sales excellence methodologies, tools and best practices based on a global overview. **What part will you play?**
- As a Data Analytics Professional, you will be working in a fast paced, agile environment with the chance to take ownership and responsibility. Here you will have the mission to impact Siemens Order Intake by supporting guided selling, guided buying, and guided sales management.
- Furthermore, you will craft and develop data insights and analytics driven use cases in collaboration with the respective key stakeholder group.
- You will also agree on the sprints and release dates with the partners in IT and Business.
- Enable and promote deployment / usage and collect feedback / change requests from the user community.

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- The foundation of your profile is an academic degree in STEM (CS, Analytics, Informatics etc) from reputable university or college.
- Multiple years’ work experience in similar capacity ideally from Sales environment
- In-depth knowledge of Python and AWS awareness of other cloud tech like Snowflake etc.
- You are a tech savvy person and are at ease with agile methodologies.
- Working on Git repositories and collaborating on code with IT backend should come to you naturally.
- You are curious and have an entrepreneurial mentality.
- You innovate on your toes and have a curiosity about solving problems.
- You can handle others’ expectations and you don’t get easily disappointed by rejections, instead you can find ways to push new insights to do better every day.
