Summary We are looking for a "Head of Quality Customer & Project Management Optronics (f/m/d)" for the "Quality Management" department at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date. The department is responsible for ensuring product conformity with regard to contracts, standards and guidelines. As Head, you are responsible for the implementation of all preventive quality measures in projects and for customer satisfaction with the expected quality. Your Tasks- Disciplinary leadership of the team- Ensuring employee development and promotion- Ensuring customer satisfaction and the communication interface (one face to the customer) for Q topics- Evaluating and ensuring Q requirements for quotations, contract conclusion and contract implementation in the organization- Ensuring the Q share of customer complaints incl. control of the 8D process, compliance with response deadlines and communication of the error analysis to the customer- Ensuring the Q shares in the MPP process in the implementation of projects, planning the Q project budgets with the business units using quantity structures.- - Planning and ensuring FAT acceptances with customers- Implementation of the CNQ strategy and action plans- Define and implement quality initiatives to strengthen the quality culture- Ensure reporting on product quality in the field, cost of non-quality (contractual penalties and warranty costs) Your Profile- Degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable- Several years of management experience- Experience in the areas of project management, production, engineering and configuration management- Good knowledge of quality tools and methods (8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5Why)- Good knowledge of SAP- Ability to create and execute projects / action plans- Strong communication and teamwork skills- High degree of initiative and assertiveness- Business fluent in German and English Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
