Summary For the Customer Service department of Optronics, we are looking for a “Head of Order Center (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The “Order Center” area is responsible for contract processing as well as supporting and preparing reporting and invoicing for HENSOLDT Optronics Customer Service. The focus is on “Supply and Repair Management” for optical and optronic vision and targeting systems for defense technology. Your Tasks- Technical and disciplinary management of the department with currently 15 employees in Oberkochen and Wetzlar- Planning and coordination of all activities of the department in coordination with the Head of Customer Service of HENSOLDT Optronics, the business lines and the central departments Operations, Sourcing and Quality- Ensuring the operation of Supply and Repair Management within your own department and supporting the Customer Service departments ISS / ILS (In-Service Support / Integrated Logistic Support), Sales and Controlling- Responsibility for the entire repair process in collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain Management- Responsibility for achieving and continuously improving key KPIs (e.g. lead time and delivery reliability) to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction- Responsibility for the repair warehouse including stocking and inventory optimization- Responsibility for export and customs processing as well as compliance with ITAR specifications for repair orders in collaboration with the specialist departments- Collaboration in contract and project negotiations for the products to be supported- Preparation of budget, resource and investment planning as well as continuous order and capacity utilization planning- Collaboration on the conversion to SAP S4 / HANA and responsibility for adapting the current maintenance process to the future SAP environment Your Profile- Successfully completed commercial/technical studies or comparable training and further education with a focus on business- Professional experience in technical customer service or comparable experience- Several years of management experience- Many years of experience in dealing with customers, users, subcontractors and suppliers- Experience in dealing with military customers in a national and international environment desirable- Very good knowledge of export and ITAR regulations as well as public price law (VOPR53)- - Strong communication and teamwork skills- Assertiveness, self-confident appearance and persuasiveness- Business fluent in German and English Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
