Technical Product Trainer

**What we want to trust you with**:

- You are responsible for developing a holistic training strategy for new and existing customers
- To this end, you will develop training concepts and documents for different groups of people (operators, maintenance staff, admins, etc.)
- You will also be responsible for independently conducting customer training courses on demo and customer systems in-house or at the customer’s premises
- This makes you the main technical contact person for our customers for operation / handling / optimizations and ensures that customer feedback flows back into our internal quality management system
- As an important part of the service team, you will work closely with all internal departments (documentation, development, etc.)

**What personalities we are looking for**:

- With several years of professional background in the field of mechatronics / electrical engineering or similar, you are already familiar with the world of automation - and ideally with robotics
- You can quickly grasp complex technical contexts and are enthusiastic about new innovative Industry 4.0 solutions
- Your excellent technical knowledge of German and English and your didactic skills enable you to prepare technical content in a user-friendly way
- Your confident appearance in front of different groups - together with your openness, friendliness and customer orientation - makes you the ideal trainer and consultant personality
- You like variety, so you are willing to swap your workplace for a customer visit from time to time
