**Job Description**:
**Your mission during this flight**:
You will join our team of technical experts who are enthusiastic in the field of avionics. As Product Owner you will own the development and delivery of the Avionics System Integration in time cost & quality and break down features into user stories for the development team. You have prior experience in system engineering, preferably in the aerospace and are passionate about making a difference in eVTOL aviation. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate between the various teams and systems to ensure successful certification.
- You will have the responsibility of the Avionics System Integration team for one of our eVTOL Aircrafts.
- Your will be responsible of planning the timeline, tasks and workload and to drive the development.
- You will manage a development team, set milestones, organize the workflow and oversee the execution.
- You will build an open and motivating team culture with open and transparent communication.
- You will provide the reporting of status, milestones and planning to the project management and align with the other product owners and the system engineering team

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- You have several years experience as Project Lead / Product Owner in a complex system engineering background preferably in the aerospace domain.
- You have worked in an AGILE, SCRUM environment and have an awareness of the methodologies and used tools (e.g. JIRA).
- You have proven to manage small groups successfully and you are able to motivate teams to their fullest potential.
- You own good communication skills and have experience in presenting and reporting to internal and external partners.
- You understand the methodology of leadership and team-management and you are able to make fair and thinking-forward decisions.

**Preferred skills**:

- Several years experience as a System Engineer in the aerospace indistry or similar complex environment.
