LEAV is a German airline based in Cologne. LEAV currently operates two Airbus A320s from Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN) on short and medium-haul routes within Europe. LEAV's customers include many other airlines and tour operators. Since the start of operations in April 2022, the company has already transported more than 350,000 passengers for business partners and customers throughout Europe.

LEAV is currently looking for a MOC Technical Officer who is able to manage all the technical aspects related to the daily operations.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage all the technical aspects related to the daily operations
- Rapid and optimized coordination of aircraft technical complaint rectification at home base and outside stations
- Responsible for creating and monitoring the Fleet performance, making sure that the Fleet remains safe and airworthy at any time
- Oversee the Maintenance Operation Control (MOC) activity to minimize disruption
- Ensure decisions are made in a safe manner and in line with the regulatory requirements
- Manage and ensure the development of dedicated MOC Engineers in line with the defined and agreed Key Performance Indicators;
- Ensure effective communication with the technical support staff, MRO, flight crew, etc.
- Participate to improve processes in line with the Regulatory requirements, CAME and OMM company policy.
- Creation of AOG process records and technical delay reports for the reliability control process
- Issue, monitoring and review of the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance being performed by contracted maintenance organizations

**Qualification and knowledge requirements are**:

- Aeronautical engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification (EASA Part 66 license CAT B1 / B2) with experience
- EASA Part 66 license A320FAM type-rating is desirable
- A high standard of English, both written and verbal
- A high understanding of complex interactions
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible and organized
- Pro-active, systematic and independent work approach
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, database software)
- Substantial experience working as an engineer in the airline industry
- Comprehensive technical knowledge
- Knowledge in business economics
- Fully familiar with legislative and legal matters relating to the safe and airworthy operation and maintenance of aircraft to international standards
