Head of Seafreight Department in Germany

We are an international forwarding company with our own offices all over the world. At the moment, our team in the Germany (Frankfurt) is strong in Airfreight, and we have ambitions to grow further - to develop in the maritime direction. Therefore we are looking for an active and purposeful person who will help us develop and handle directions of Seafreight. If you are inspired by huge goals, we are waiting for you.

Your tasks:

- Build and develop Seafreight Branch with support of the team in Frankfurt.
- Open actual office in Hamburg.
- Design business plan for next 5 years.
- Become profitable within 1 year.
- Grown as part of the network and develop network business, develop supplier’s network.
- Organizing and coordination of sea shipments.
- Development of supplier’s network (sea lines, warehouses).

Your qualifications:

- Work experience in international forwarding company for at least 3 years.
- Deep knowledge of logistic products, especially in sea forwarding.
- The accumulated base of contacts/exits to sea lines.
- Experience in logistics market sales activity
- Well knowledge of English and German are a must.
