**Whom we are looking for**

As a Senior Product Owner for our Companion Product, you will be tasked with merging numerous individual ideas into a cohesive overall concept and continuously developing it based on data. Your main goal is to develop support tools that customers can use early in their journey, eventually converting them into Fintiba customers. This role offers significant freedom and opportunities to initiate and implement your own ideas.

**Your area of responsibility**
- Lead and develop the product team around the Companion Product
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our companion products.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of companion products and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding companion product-related inquiries and updates.

**What you bring with you**
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the Fintech sector.
- Strong data-oriented thinking ability and proactive approach.
- Highly independent with experience in the product conceptual phase.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to merge various ideas into a cohesive concept.
- Fluent English required, German desirable.
